Mr Darryl Chew holds a Bachelor of Arts (Education) from Nanyang Technology University. He firmly believes in helping pupils understand the concepts in primary school mathematics and guiding with the application. He is a very caring and patient teacher who always encourages pupils to question and clarify while maintaining a safe classroom for them to learn. During his years at Catholic High Primary School as a Mathematics specialist, he has worked in the mathematics department led by Mr Ammiel Wan. Hence, he is very familiar with the methodology developed by Mr Wan and has used them extensively in teaching pupils from Primary One to Six in the last 22 years.
